NEW BOOK GIVEAWAY CONTEST!

For a chance to win a signed copy of KISS ME AGAIN (which has a thing or two to do with impossible crushes), just post below -- what fictional character do you (or did you ever) have a crush on?

(KISS ME AGAIN isn't even out yet but I will send the winner my FIRST copy as soon as I get it.)

It was chosen by Amazon as one of the 4 best teen books of December!

So -- which fictional character sets your heart aflutter? I'll post mine tomorrow...

Love,
Rachel Vail

  1. You know.... I'm not really sure. Possibly Ren from The Tiger's Curse by Colleen Houck.

  2. In every book I've ever read, I've crushed hard on SOME fictional person or another. But my most superficial fictional crush was Robbie from Louise Rennison's "Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging." After seeing Aaron Johnson portray that character in the movie... OH. EM. GEE. And "Dave the Laugh" was quite a looker, too, now that I think on it...

Hope you're feeling better, Rachel! Glad to have you back! (Get it? Bad timing I suppose.)

    Virtual hugs,
    Deserae

  3. I feel in love with Dimitri from Vampire Academy. Apart from Twilight that was one of the first series that got me into reading. I almost didn't read the series if it where not for my friend insisting that I read it. I didn't think there was a series like Twilight anywhere until my friend first showed it to me (I was a little wary) but I fell in love with it because it show me all kind of books :)

  4. I fell in love with him years ago. He is the One and Only. His name is Rhett Butler. The mysterious and charming Rhett Butler. Sigh. They broke the mould when they made him.

  5. Martin from The Mockingbirds. :)

He is cute, funny and humble. Most importantly, he believes in justice and in doing good.

The perfect boy for the idealist in me. :)

  6. Oh my! Maybe I should be embarrassed, but I'm not - I think I have several fictional character crushes. Jacob Grace from God Shaped Hole, Laurie from Little Women, Peeta Mellark from The Hunger Games trilogy.

Congratulations on Amazon's Best Books choice! And as always, can't wait to read!
