Thanks for sharing the link ,Rachel. Great advice for both amateurs and professionals. My favorite advice is "Ask for feedback". It's very valuable and common sense and yet many writers ignore taking feedback or maybe they're afraid of receiving negative feedback on their books. As a children's books author myself, I find any kind of feedback very helpful and I try to read the reviews on my books very carefully to be a better writer.
